Refund policy

30-day returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a voluntary change-of-mind return within 30 days after receiving your order. This policy is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.

Return eligibility

For a voluntary change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase. Some items cannot be returned for change of mind where permitted by law, including personalized goods, gift cards, digital products, perishable goods, hygiene-sealed goods once opened, and opened software or audio/video media.

Do not send an item back without contacting us first. Submit a request through our contact page. If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return destination. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return costs

For a voluntary change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise. If the product received is incorrect, damaged, or defective, Retvora will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping as appropriate. Any refund of original delivery charges will be handled as required by applicable law.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us promptly through our contact page and include your order number plus clear photos or video of the issue. Original packaging is not required where a mandatory consumer right says otherwise.

Refunds

We will notify you after reviewing your request and, when applicable, the returned item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. Where applicable law establishes a different process or deadline, that law will apply.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after processing or fulfillment has started. If Retvora cancels an order after payment, the amount paid will be refunded.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or replaces consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
