These Terms of Service govern your use of the Retvora online store and your purchases from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our published Privacy, Shipping, and Refund policies.

Eligibility and acceptable use

Products and information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, compatibility information, condition, images, availability, and colors accurately. Screens and photography can cause minor visual differences. Please review the full product listing before ordering, especially compatibility and included-accessory information.

Product names and trademarks belonging to third parties are used only to identify compatibility or describe products. Retvora is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by a third-party brand unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Shipping charges, taxes, and any other applicable charges are displayed at checkout where available. Payment must be completed through the payment methods offered by Shopify checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and order information.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not prevent us from cancelling an order for a pricing or listing error, unavailable stock, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restriction, or other legitimate reason. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled items.

We may limit quantities where reasonably necessary. Ownership and risk transfer as provided by applicable law.

Shipping and returns

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped by logistics partners from different fulfillment facilities, and one order may arrive in multiple packages. The store uses services provided by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and other service providers. Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy practices. The Retvora name, store design, original text, graphics, and other original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission, except where the law permits.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Retvora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Applicable law

These terms are interpreted under the laws that apply to Retvora’s operations and each transaction. Nothing in these terms deprives a customer of mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s location.
